Frequently Asked Questions for Legiones Asartes: MKVI Tactical Squad (31-23) Citadel - 3x Praetors: Praetor retinues the Zipfolio albums offer
How can I find an order reference that I no longer have?
Look in the order history associated with the account or purchase channel you used. Do not submit a fresh order solely to obtain a new reference.
What should I check when an offer includes something at no extra charge?
Read any conditions that could cause the benefit to be removed from the order. Keep the confirmed inclusion recorded with the order.
How can I check an existing order's status without submitting another purchase?
Look at the latest message rather than relying on an older status notification. Track the original purchase through its records rather than creating another order to resolve uncertainty.
